Catholic.Cafe is born out of a need to provide a platform for youth to ask relevant questions and receive a Catholic response. The website is created and maintained by the tech-missionary wing of the Jesus Youth movement.

What makes Catholic.Cafe unique?

Our team at Catholic.Cafe consists of an expert panel of men and women from across the globe. This panel includes lay scholars and eminent priests within the Jesus Youth movement, in consultation with theologians and canonists from the Catholic Church. Our diversity of personalities, backgrounds, ministries, and experiences in the Church enables us to speak to a wide variety of situations.

As a panel, we work in collaboration with one another. Every question received at Catholic.Cafe is answered primarily by one person, but we offer feedback and suggestions to each other to enrich the panelist’s response. Answers can also be complemented by other panelists to offer additional perspectives.

Answers are posted on Catholic.Cafe for all to see (except those that need a more personal response). The readers are encouraged to comment, give feedback, or ask further questions in the comment section at the end of every answer.
